Digital Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure new digital business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Consultative Sales: Conduct high-impact meetings both in person and via video calls to understand client needs and present customized, data-driven marketing solutions.
• Leadership Pipeline: Assist other team members with digital sales strategies, audits, and proposal creation, acting as a collaborative strategic partner and resource.
• Omnichannel Expertise: Expertly present and sell our full suite of digital products, including SEO/SEM, programmatic ads, social media, and web design.
• Strategy & Analysis: Collaborate with the Digital Services and Account Management teams to ensure campaign performance meets client KPIs and identify upsell opportunities.
• Continuous Learning: Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and generative engine optimization to remain a trusted advisor to clients and peers.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven digital marketing sales experience.
• Track Record: A demonstrated history of delivering strong, consistent sales growth and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Skill Set: Strong proficiency in prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex digital deals.
• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently in various settings.
• Leadership Potential: A proactive mindset and a desire to coach and support others in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Google Business Suite, CRM systems, and proposal platforms.
• Mobility: A valid state-issued driver’s license and a working vehicle for in-person market visits.
