We are currently looking for a motivated Digital Sales Representative to join our office. You will be the first person many of our customers talk to, acting as a friendly guide through the process of securing their homes. You dont need to be a construction expert to thrive here; we are looking for a people-person who is comfortable behind a keyboard and on the phone. You will spend your days turning online inquiries into backyard transformations while learning the ins and outs of our business. Salary Range: $100000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing expert consultation on fencing options
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes and contracts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the DanDale Fence team to stay up-to-date on products and promotions.
• Participate in weekly Tuesday team meetings and regular coaching sessions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or outdoor products industry.
• Experience in phones is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
• Working knowledge of basic computer applications.
• Must be able to sit and work from a computer for extended periods.
• Some driving and closing deals in-person.
