Dimensional Inspection Associate, Wheel Systems

Make Your Impact

On 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), you’ll contribute to operational excellence by:

• Prioritizing safety and following procedures without compromise.
• Completing compliance checks with accurate documentation and reports.
• Performing visual inspections to detect defects or malformations.
• Measuring and verifying all dimensional criteria per control plans; confirming overall part appearance.
• Supporting TPM and sustaining 5S to drive uptime and orderliness.
• Partnering with teammates to solve problems quickly and effectively.

Compensation

• $23.03 per hour base pay
• $1.00 per hour shift differential

What You Bring

• High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of work experience
• Entry-level friendly—training provided

It Helps If You Also Have

• 2+ years of general work experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Data entry and basic computer skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally; up to 25 lbs frequently/constantly
• Stand, walk, bend, and twist for more than 80% of the shift
• Work continuously in a non-climate-controlled, noisy production environment
