At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Host/Hostess Team Member is the first person to greet our guest! This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. As a Dining Host/Hostess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a delightful dining experience. The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This position is a mid-day to evening shift.

Dining Host/Hostess Responsibilities:
- Cheerfully greets guest and ensures a pleasant dining experience
- Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and people-focused environment
- Be the primary point of contact for our dine-in guest, showcasing dedication and understanding
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Serve guest by providing comprehensive service and product information
- Resolve service and product issues promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction and a pleasant restaurant experience
- Utilize organizational and communication skills to build trust and rapport with guest
- Takes initiative to maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, dining and restroom areas
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Provide solutions to customer complaints in line with company policies
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
