Title: Dining Room Maintenance Cleaning

Summary

The Dining Room Maintenance Cleaning Team Member is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role focuses on cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, ensuring our dining areas and restrooms consistently meet Chick-fil-A''s high standards.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Must be 18 years and older.
  • Must be available to work any time between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday or at least Monday to Friday.
  • Prior experience working in the customer service industry is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift items over 25 lbs. on a daily basis and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment by cleaning tables, chairs, floors, windows, and doors.
  • Clean and sanitize trays, tables, and high-touch surfaces throughout the shift.
  • Regularly empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the restaurant.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms to ensure our quality standards are maintained.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the dining room, foyer, patio area, and other guest-facing areas.
  • Restock condiment stations and restroom supplies as needed.
  • Support the Front of House team by assisting with stocking, sanitizing, and cleaning. This involves carrying loads of 25+ lbs. on a daily basis.
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness procedures and ensure operational standards are met, contributing to the overall guest experience.
  • Honors and encourages others to follow and fulfill the purpose and values of Chick-fil-A Atlantic Avenue.
  • Fulfills any other suitable duties as assigned by the Leader or Director.
