Job Description

At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Room Host role is more than just maintaining the dining area; it''s about delivering genuine hospitality. Dining Room Hosts are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting guests with their needs, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining room, and ensuring every guest receives Chick-fil-A''s signature second-mile service.

Dining Room Host Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and friendly attitude
• Create and maintain positive interactions with guests
• Speak enthusiastically and professionally
• Make emotional connections with guests through genuine hospitality
• Assist guests with dining room needs, including refilling beverages, delivering condiments, and providing table-side assistance
• Ensure dining room, restrooms, patios, and common areas remain clean, stocked, and inviting
• Clear and sanitize tables promptly and thoroughly
• Monitor dining room cleanliness and address issues proactively
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules, policies, and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
