As a Dining Room Host/Hostess you will be expected to embrace Chick-fil-A Portland TX vision, mission and core values, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. As a dining room host/hostess one of the most important responsibilities is to ensure that guest experience a level of customer service that exceeds their expectations. In addition, you will be responsible for welcoming guest, providing a fond farewell, following health and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean environment in the dining room, restroom, and patio.
