Overview
Reporting to the System Vice President of Strategy, the Director, Strategic Planning serves as the strategic leader for an assigned market within UF Health. This role is responsible for developing and executing market-level strategic plans that drive growth, improve performance, and align with enterprise priorities.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will identify new opportunities, evaluate market trends, build strategic partnerships, and oversee implementation of initiatives from concept through execution. This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to leave your fingerprint on the foundation of a newly established enterprise strategy function.
