Responsibilities:- Take client out in the community to her acivities
- Implement individualized care plans in alignment with client goals and needs
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients, families, and care team members
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in direct care, home health, or a caregiving role is a plus
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check and PA child abuse clearances
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to West Chester, PA and have a reliable car to drive client in
- Ability to work three days a week tuesday, thurday and friday and must be on time 9am-1 pm
