Job Description

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Driver’s License (Required)

The Village House supports children with developmental disabilities. Employees are responsible for adhering to the daily routine of the home.

• Adheres to policies and procedures.
• Employees provide support for clients s outlined in the Plan of Care. Employees are responsible for providing therapeutic care

•  
• Assist clients with daily activities (personal care, home care, transportation, etc…)
• Work in a collaborative team environment.
• Assist residents with taking medication, educating residents about medication,
• Implement individualized plan under guidance from Qualified Professional
• Provide direct intervention to build behavior management and life skills
• Provides direct interventions to promote skill based learning, development
