About the Role:Guardian Angels of Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker to join our team in Levittown, PA. We are looking for someone to do 10 hour shifts, AM and PM. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need support with daily living — right in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards
Requirements:- Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a direct support role of 2 years or more
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
