Job Summary: Electrical Technician II - Caney, KS

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on motors, switchgear, motor control centers, instrumentation, and related systems to ensure safe and efficient pipeline operations.
- Support capital projects, facility upgrades, and daily maintenance activities in coordination with regional operations and technical teams.
- Complete maintenance documentation, inspections, and work orders using Maximo and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, Operator Qualification requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Participate in the maintenance on-call rotation and provide emergency response as needed.
- Assist with contractor oversight, equipment evaluations, and procurement of materials for operational activities.
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical or vocational education in electrical-related field.
- Minimum 2 years electrical maintenance experience.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving of electrical systems.
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
- Eligible to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and maintain CMV qualification file.
- Ability to reside within or relocate within 40 miles of Caney, KS reporting location.
Preferred Skills
- Electrical Journeyman certification or enrolled in accredited apprenticeship.
- Industrial electrician or instrumentation background; HVAC/R systems experience.
- Experience with crude oil pipelines, pumping stations, terminals, or energy infrastructure.
- Familiarity with pumps, motors, valves, flow meters, PLCs, UPS systems, and switchgear.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.
