NSC Staffing is expanding and launching a dedicated Direct Hire / Permanent Placement Division, and we're looking for experienced recruiters who want more than just another recruiting job.

What You'll Do

\n

\n

As a Direct Hire Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent placement opportunities while developing long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

\n

\n

Responsibilities include:

\n

\n

· Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for direct hire / permanent placement opportunities.

\n

\n

· Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and proactive outreach.

\n

\n

· Build relationships with hiring managers and account managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.

\n

\n

· Recruit both active and passive candidates across skilled trades, manufacturing, marine, infrastructure, and defense markets.

\n

\n

· Present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation packages, and successfully close placements.

\n

\n

· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future hiring needs.

\n

\n

· Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and relationship management.

\n

\n

· Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

\n

\n

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process.

\n

\n

· Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices.

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n

· 2+ years of experience recruiting for direct hire / permanent placement positions within the staffing industry.

\n

\n

· Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting and closing permanent placements.

\n

\n

· Experience recruiting within skilled trades, manufacturing, industrial, construction, infrastructure, marine, or defense industries is strongly preferred.

\n

\n

· Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

\n

\n

· Ability to build trust with both clients and candidates while managing multiple searches simultaneously.

\n

\n

· Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals.

\n

\n

· Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office.

\n

\n
