We are currently hiring for our Residential Homes, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule.

Location: Manchester, NH

Schedules Available: Full-time, part-time, and per-diem

Full-time 38 hours a week

• Friday 8a-4p
• Saturday 8a-10p
• Sunday 8a-4p
• Monday 8a-4p

Full-time 31 hours a week

• Monday 3p-9p
• Tuesday 8a-3p
• Wednesday 3p-9p
• Thursday 3p-9p
• Saturday 9a-3p

Part-time 21 hours a week

• Saturday 7a-9p
• Sunday 8a-3p

Part- time 6 hours a week

• Saturdays 9a-3p

What You'll Do:

As a Residential Direct Support Associate, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration
• Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
• Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events
• Following personalized care plans
• Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet
• Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety

What We're Looking For

We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:

• Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Residential Counselor
• Caregiver
• Behavior Technician
• Support Counselor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required

Compensation:

• Residential: $21.00-$22.62 hourly
