Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Part-Time

As a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Sevita, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills, confidence, and independence. Starting Pay: $18.65/hour, On-Demand Pay Options

What You'll Do

• Help individuals with everyday routines, meals, and personal care
• Administer medications after completing required training and certification
• Encourage independence and life skills, such as cooking, budgeting, and self-care
• Join individuals for outings, errands, and community activities
• Record daily notes and follow each person's support plan
• Build trusting relationships and be a steady presence individuals can count on

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Able to pass required background checks
• Caregiving, CNA, childcare, or volunteer experience is a plus, but not required
