Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Evening Shifts
Location: Noxen, PA and surrounding areas
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour + $150 Sign-On Bonus!
Schedule: Part-time evening shifts (Flexible weekday/weekend evening hours available depending on case match)

What We Look For

• Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (ID/DD) is required. 1+ years of experience is an excellent bonus!
• Traits: Patient, encouraging, dependable, and a strong communicator.
• Education & Age: High school diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+).
• Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to assist with client transportation in the community.
