Direct Support Professional
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Devon, PA.
Schedule, Work Environment, and Location:
Friday - Sunday, 4pm-10pm
Devon, PA
Private case / home care
Pay Range:
~ $20-$25 per hour
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily living activities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting community outings and recreational activities
Promoting independence and safety
Documenting care and observations as required
Requirements:
Prior DSP, caregiver, CNA, or home care experience preferred
Recent physical & negative TB test
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
