We are looking for caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism directly in their home environments.In this role, you won't just be providing care-you will be building meaningful relationships, fostering independence, and helping residents thrive in their communities. Key ResponsibilitiesCompanionship & Engagement: Spend quality, meaningful time with residents to support their daily routines and personal interests.Daily Living Support: Provide minimal assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.Health & Safety: Administer medication reminders and assist with safe transportation to and from appointments when necessary.Individualized Care & Collaboration: Understand and respect each resident's unique personality, behaviors, and needs.
