Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Multiple Locations Across PA Are you ready to do meaningful work, make a difference, and be part of a team that actually cares? We're looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to join us in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, connected lives in their homes and communities. We have openings in multiple counties and settings - some in homes, some out in the community. Some positions require the use of your own vehicle (don't worry, we reimburse mileage). If you're driving, you'll need:A reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Up-to-date insurance, registration, and inspectionEnhanced Level Qualifications:For participants who do not require a nurse to provide the enhanced level of service, one of the following: Copy of current NADD Competency Based Clinical Certification, or current NADD Dual Diagnosis Certification, or current NADD Direct-Support Professional Certification OR CCopy of current Registered Behavior Technician documentation OR Copy of Certified Nursing Assistant or Registered Nurses Aide certification OR Copy of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst documentation OR Copy of Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Gerontology, or Therapeutic Recreation (official or unofficial transcripts are acceptable if graduation date is indicated).Copy of current LPN or RN license from State Board of Nursing .What You Might Be Doing: In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS): Helping folks build skills and do the things they care about inside the home and out in the world. Companion Services: Providing supervision and a steady presence for people who benefit from support with safety and engagement. Community Participation Supports (CPS): Connecting people with their communities through volunteering, recreation, and experiences that matter to them.
