A Group Home/Day Habilitation Center located in Queens is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
Position Overview:We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in both residential and community-based settings in QUEENS. DSPs play a critical role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and daily routines
- Support individuals in community engagement and activities
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Follow care plans and document services as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Experience with DD population preferred
- Strong interpersonal and compassionate approach
