Direct Support Professional

Provide assistance, supervision, and possitive supports to individuals in their home, while ensuring individuals health and safety in public, and all other settings.

All staff must be knowledgeable of and impliment the ISP for each individual, Assist in home cleaning and upkeep tasks, complete daily documentation, transportation for recreational and medical appointments, while maintaining visual and auditory supersion of individuals at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid drivers license

Valid car insurance

The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully

The desire and ability to help those with developmental delays through modeling positive traits and attributes

Solid work ethics in working a 40 hour/week schedule consistently and on time.
