About the Role:Timeless Dedication LLC is looking for a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Prince George, VA. Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
- Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community outings, and activities
- Encourage skill-building, independence, and community inclusion
- Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
