You'll help people stay active and engaged by providing transportation to appointments, events, and activities, all while following individualized support plans that promote choice, dignity, and respect. Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other support team members, you'll play an important role in delivering quality, person-centered support. Most importantly, you'll be a trusted advocate, mentor, and source of encouragement, helping people gain confidence, develop new skills, and thrive both at home and in their communities.Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications:Experience with developmental disabilities is valuedHigh School Diploma/GEDValid NYS Driver's LicenseExperience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plusNo Experience?
