Schedule: Monday through Friday; 7:00am-3:00pm

Nestled in the beautiful Monadnock region of New Hampshire, Crotched Mountain School offers a therapeutic and adventure-based environment for learners. Our expansive campus features hiking trails, lakes, an Olympic-sized pool, a media center, a bowling alley, and a panoramic library - all designed to help students grow socially, academically, and emotionally.

What You'll Do...
You will lead and support a team of Paraeducators while helping ensure students receive exceptional care, educational support, and behavioral services in a safe, therapeutic environment.
Supervise, coach, train, and develop education staff
Ensure student programs, behavior plans, and Safety Care practices are implemented consistently
Help oversee daily campus operations, staffing, scheduling, and coverage
Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, nursing staff, and families to support student success
Monitor documentation, compliance, and staff performance
Step in to support students directly when needed, including during behavioral or emergency situations
Serve as an in-charge leader during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the program
Most importantly, you'll help create an environment where students are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion while empowering staff to do their best work.

Bachelors Degree and One year's experience in human services; or Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience in human services; or four years of experience in human services with a minimum of GED, or High School Diploma.
Standard driver's license - class C or class D
