Director, Adobe Edge Delivery

We are looking for a seasoned delivery director to own the overall success of a large, global Adobe experience platform program for a strategic healthcare and life sciences client, including the client relationship, the financials, delivery, resourcing, and program health. This is multi-year, multi-team work where validation requirements, in-country regulations, and immovable dates are constraints you plan around rather than discover. Strong candidates bring a consulting background and deep Adobe delivery experience, including Edge Delivery Services in production.

This is a program leadership seat that runs delivery, and it is fully billable to the account. Discipline leads own requirements, architecture, experience, content, and data. You own whether their work converges on the date, and you are technically credible enough to challenge them instead of relaying to them. If your strongest contribution is an accurate status report, this role will underuse you.

• Twelve or more years leading delivery of large-scale digital experience platform programs, including several where you owned the outcome and not only the schedule
• Deep Adobe delivery experience, including AEM Cloud Service in production and working fluency across Adobe Target, Launch, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Workfront and Assets
• Edge Delivery Services delivered in production, including a working understanding of where EDS constrains an enterprise build
• Global program delivery in at least one market with data residency and in-country regulatory requirements, such as mainland China, including working knowledge of local delivery and consent obligations
• Delivery experience in healthcare or life sciences, where validation and audit traceability shaped the schedule
• GxP validation cycles planned and delivered, including OQ, PQ and IVP across multiple environments
• Experience running on-shore, near-shore and off-shore teams as a single delivery organization across time zones
• Consulting background, comfortable owning the client relationship and the commercial picture alongside delivery
• Ability to be fully billable to a single strategic account
• Exceptional attention to detail, and the discipline to catch the specification gap, the dependency and the moved date before they become a milestone
• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% to support client engagements, business development activities, and team leadership responsibilities

Preferred Experience

• Document-based authoring at enterprise scale, using DA.live or comparable
• Enterprise search and product discovery platforms, using Coveo or comparable
• China regulatory workstreams including ICP licensing, PIPL data residency, cross-border transfer consent and MLPS filing
• Large-scale content migration where true content volume was unknown at the point of commitment
• CI/CD and feature-flag release control on enterprise web platforms
• Strong understanding of PII security and data privacy requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Medical, legal and regulatory review workflows shaping content release cycles
• Veeva or an equivalent commercial content system integrated with Adobe
• HCP and patient-facing digital experiences delivered under promotional review

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584 to $209,800. • Own program health across scope, schedule, budget, margin, quality and risk, and report on it candidly to client and internal leadership
• Serve as the senior delivery counterpart to client program leadership and executives, building the relationship that surfaces problems early and creates follow-on work

• Plan regulatory validation, security review and audit traceability into the schedule as work with owners and durations, rather than as a gate at the end
• Ensure global and in-country requirements, including mainland China, are designed into the program from the first release
