We are seeking a Director of Architecture to lead architecture strategy and solution design for a large-scale, business-critical data and platform transformation program. This role will play a key leadership position in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across a complex multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
The Director will partner closely with business and technology leaders to align architecture with program goals, guide solution delivery, and ensure consistency across multiple workstreams and platforms. You will work across a diverse ecosystem of data, applications, and integration layers-driving architectural direction for modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities. This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of hands-on architectural expertise, program-level leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or large-scale platform roles
Proven experience designing and delivering solutions in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Strong expertise in modern data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, and data warehousing solutions
Hands-on background with large-scale data processing, integration, and analytics in complex environments
Deep understanding of:
Data architecture (data warehousing, lakehouse, integration patterns)
Distributed systems and high-volume data processing
Cloud-native architecture and platform design
Experience working with modern data ecosystems, including enabling AI/ML and advanced analytics capabilities
Strong experience in architecture governance, including design reviews, standards enforcement, and solution approvals
Proven ability to translate business and program requirements into scalable, practical technical solutions
Experience building scalable platforms, reusable frameworks, or shared services
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams
Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices for large-scale environments
Exposure to AI/ML platform enablement and automation across the data lifecycle

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $119,900.00 - $334,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
