Chick-fil-A Uptown is seeking experienced, motivated, and growth-minded individuals to join our Director-level leadership team. We are looking for leaders who demonstrate strong ownership, operational excellence, and a commitment to developing others.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Team Members and other leaders.
• Drive operational excellence, accountability, and consistent execution of restaurant standards.
• Take ownership of key performance indicators, including labor, food cost, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively implement sustainable solutions.
• Build and maintain a positive, high-performing culture centered around our SHARE values.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop future leaders.
• Partner directly with the Owner/Operator and leadership team to establish and execute strategic goals.
• Lead by example through exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and servant leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, retail, or operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, holding others accountable, and driving measurable results.
• Strong financial awareness, including an understanding of labor management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate individuals with different experience levels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, reliability, and personal accountability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• ServSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Chick-fil-A experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience leading other supervisors, managers, or shift leaders.
• Previous experience in a high-volume or high-performing restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated success improving business performance, guest satisfaction, or employee retention.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Experience developing and implementing operational systems, training programs, or leadership development plans.
• A track record of internal promotions, team development, and building a positive workplace culture.
