Location- Central NJ (hybrid)

Salary- $225-240K +bonus + LTI (some wiggle room for a SUPERSTAR!)

Our client, a Mid-Size Pharma Manufacturer, is seeking a “Director, Commercial Analytics & Insights-PHARMA”.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of newly launch product/portfolio while helping more patients with serious diseases get diagnosed and access treatment.

Working at the intersection of analytics, strategy and innovation, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across the business to turn complex data into meaningful insights and strategic action.

What you'll bring:

• BA required Data Science, Statistics, Analytics- /Advanced Degree desired.
• 10+ years' Pharma Commercial Analytics experience.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical data, APLD and real-world data (claims, EMR and patient-level data).
• Strong technical capabilities in SQL, Python, R, SAS or similar tools.
• Experience translating complex analytics into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes.
