The Director of Consumer Acquisition & Growth leads the overall demand generation and customer acquisition strategy across multiple direct-to-consumer brands. This role is responsible for driving scalable growth through paid media, performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention strategies, analytics, experimentation, and agency management. The position partners with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey, maximize marketing performance, and improve business growth using data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute demand generation and customer acquisition strategies across multiple brands.
Lead paid media initiatives across search, social, video, programmatic, affiliate, audio, and emerging channels.
Optimize marketing investments based on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margin.
Manage and evaluate agency partnerships to improve marketing performance.
Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Drive full-funnel marketing performance from awareness through customer retention.
Collaborate with eCommerce teams to improve traffic quality, landing pages, and conversion rates.
Partner with CRM and analytics teams to strengthen customer lifecycle marketing.
Lead attribution analysis, media mix modeling, and marketing experimentation.
Utilize first-party data and customer segmentation to improve targeting and campaign efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop performance marketing and social media teams.
Oversee integrated paid, organic, and influencer marketing strategies.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing channels.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve forecasting, media performance, and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
Strong expertise in paid media strategy and digital marketing.
Experience managing marketing agencies and performance optimization.
Strong knowledge of attribution models, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and marketing analytics.
