Director, Corporate Development

We are looking for a Director of Corporate Development to help shape and execute our inorganic growth strategy. You will lead M&A and strategic partnership efforts end-to-end — from sourcing and due diligence through negotiation, deal execution, and post-close integration. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and business operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify suitable acquisition targets. Evaluate industry trends that influence the companys growth strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable market insights.

• Develop financial models to project future cash flows and revenue impacts for potential acquisitions. Analyze the historical financial performance of target companies to guide strategic decision-making.

• Lead the entire M&A process, from sourcing potential deals to negotiating and closing transactions. Conduct thorough due diligence to identify risks and evaluate synergies.

• Drive post-merger integration planning in coordination with functional stakeholders, ensuring deal value is captured.

• Prepare and present materials for executive and board-level audiences

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, or corporate development at a leading technology company. Successful track record of executing M&A transactions.

• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills; deep experience with negotiation and deal structuring.

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely.

• High degree of intellectual curiosity and business judgment.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
