ABOUT THE POSITION: Director, Customer Service Operations primary duty is to grow parts sales and profitability within the group. This position is responsible for overseeing all parts sales activities, implementing growth strategies, designing plans to meet sales targets, and demonstrates continuous devotion to meeting the needs of our customers. They will also cultivate relationships for all group accounts. Location: Yankton, SD Key Activities & Responsibilities

Analyze & improve sales results within each territory Develop KPI's for each territory Design/Develop actions within Lean Optima Drive alignment of Astec's Customer Focus Principles Manage strategic account growth Research competitive parts growth opportunities Develop, execute, and oversee strategies and plans to achieve set growth targets Partner with Regional Sales Directors to enhance parts market approach Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports Build and maintain good, lasting relationships with customers Direct, train and develop parts territory sales managers Improve and grow customer base Research and record competitor's market plan, market pricing and market share Identify prospective customers and growth opportunities outside the established customer portfolio and product list Assist in the research and identification of effective market pricing. Build a best in class, customer centric, parts sales team

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

Degree in business or marketing preferred or relative experience 10 or more years of experience in sales and customer service Initiative, drive and enthusiasm Prior managerial experience Excellent communication skills Ability to think analytically and strategically Ability to work independently Ability to work calmly under pressure Presentation skills Good planning and organizational skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Project Management
