Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an increase in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds who would benefit from expert care is growing. The company is focused on extending its differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients as possible through its outpatient clinic partnerships.
The Director, Data Engineering is responsible for the architecture, engineering, reliability, and continued modernization of Healogics' enterprise data platforms. This leader will ensure the organization's current data warehouse and reporting environment remains stable, well understood, and effectively supported while advancing the company's transition to a modern data and analytics platform built on Databricks.

The Director must be capable of evaluating existing data pipelines, SQL Server databases, data warehouse structures, OLAP cubes, and SSRS reporting processes, while also designing and implementing scalable solutions using Databricks and modern data engineering practices.
