    Job Overview

    At TE Connectivity, our facilities are critical enablers of operational excellence, employee experience, sustainability, and business growth. The Director, Facilities - Southeast Asia is responsible for leading the regional Facilities Management organization across a diverse portfolio of manufacturing sites, engineering facilities, distribution centers, and corporate offices. This strategic leadership role oversees Facility Managers throughout Southeast Asia and serves as a key facilities partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Unit, and Corporate leaders.

    Job Requirements

    • Lead and develop a high-performing regional Facilities Management organization.
    • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to Facility Managers supporting manufacturing and office facilities.
    • Partner with Plant Managers and Operations leaders to support manufacturing productivity and reliability.
    • Drive standardization of maintenance programs, asset management, and facilities operating practices.
    • Oversee facilities services including maintenance, utilities, security, janitorial, landscaping, food services, and workplace experience programs.
    • Manage third-party vendors and service providers through performance metrics and service-level agreements.
    • Develop and manage regional operating and capital budgets.
    • Drive sustainability, energy reduction, waste reduction, and environmental stewardship initiatives.
    • Ensure regulatory, environmental, safety, and corporate compliance requirements are achieved.
    • Support capital projects, site expansions, workplace transformations, and manufacturing infrastructure improvements.
    • Develop talent, succession plans, and leadership capability across the region.
    • Provide executive reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

    What your background should look like

    Required experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Significant facilities leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility in complex, multi-site environments.

    • Experience leading multi-site facilities operations in a manufacturing environment.

    • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and Facility Managers.

    • Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, maintenance programs, and workplace services.

    • Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and supplier contracts.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Globally mobile with extensive travel throughout Southeast Asia

    Preferred:

    • Experience supporting global manufacturing organizations.
    • Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP, LEED, or equivalent.
    • Experience with CMMS platforms, asset management systems, and smart building technologies.
