Azenta Life Sciences is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Leader to join our growing and dynamic organization. This position will provide overall FP&A leadership and guidance to this fast-growing public company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and insightful financial analysis to executive leaders and the Board of Directors. The candidate will lead the multi-year strategic and annual operating plans, monitor progress against these plans, and build business cases for new opportunities in this fast-growing business. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing business analytics and intelligence tools to improve financial processes and analytical capabilities. As a senior finance leader, the candidate will also be responsible for improving the FP&A skill set across the organization and mentor/develop the extended finance team. The person will support special projects as required to support decision making.
What You'll Do…
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and collaborate.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and operational metrics.
High level understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX/internal control requirements
Proficiency in digital tools (excel, ppt), ERP (Oracle, HFM, OneStream), data analytics tools (Tableau, etc.)
Leadership: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment.

United States Base Compensation: $174,000.00 - $218,000.00
The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
