They are now looking to hire a Director of FP&A to take full ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This is a highly visible role working directly with the CFO and senior leadership team, partnering closely with both commercial and operational stakeholders across the organization. The position offers strong exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business performance. The head office is in Princeton (NJ) and it is hybrid working.The successful Director, FP&A will:Lead development and maintenance of 13-week rolling cash flow forecastsPrepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadershipOwn the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updatesPerform customer and product-level Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) analysisDrive cost center reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance trackingSupport demand planning and production purchasing through financial insightsBuild, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-makingPartner cross-functionally to improve data integrity and reporting accuracySupport bank covenant reporting and compliance requirementsDevelop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibilityCollaborate closely with the Controller on month-end reporting processesLead ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and special projectsAct as a key business partner to commercial and operational teams across the organizationThe successful Director, FP&A will:7-10+ years of FP&A or finance experienceMUST have prior experience within consumer goods / CPG / e-commerce environments - highly desirableStrong understanding of wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and omni-channel business modelsAdvanced financial modeling and Excel expertise (essential)Proven experience with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reportingPrior working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 - desirable, not essentialStrong commercial acumen and ability to influence decision-makingExcellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadershipWhat's on offer:$160,000 - $185,000 base salary (depending on experience)Performance-based bonus (circa 10%)Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company contributionHybrid working environment (2-3 days onsite)High-impact, standalone FP&A leadership roleOpportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decision-makingStrong growth potential within a dynamic and evolving businessContact Ore Ogunlana Quote job ref JN-062026-7039446
