This position is responsible for executing the graduate enrollment strategy established by managing admissions and enforcing speed-to-lead standards and holding program leaders and enrollment partners accountable to performance outcomes.
This role provides daily oversight to the admissions pipeline across all graduate programs and functions serving as a central point of accountability for responsiveness, conversion, and enrollment execution. This position manages program leaders through defined SOP structures, performance expectations, and data transparency, ensuring a consistent, student-centered experience across all programs.

Required Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree required, master''s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in leading customer service, lead qualification, admissions, pipeline-based conversion roles, or similar.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and documentation discipline.
- Comfortable balancing front-facing recruitment responsibilities with backend operational execution as well as communicating with Faculty and Program Advisors.
- Thrives in structured, fast-paced environments that value accountability, clarity, and results.
- Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and highly motivated by performance metrics.
- Knowledge in utilizing and managing CRM software.
- This position may require occasional evening or weekend outreach during peak recruitment cycles.
- Adherence to institutional policies, FERPA regulations, and data integrity standards is required at all times.
- Ability to travel and accommodate conference/recruiting schedules when necessary
