About the role We are seeking a Director of Hospital Facility Operations to oversee the maintenance, safety and efficiency of our hospital facilities in Chillicothe, Ohio.
What you'll do
Lead facility operations, maintenance and safety
Manage budgets, vendors and contractors
Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations
Oversee capital projects and infrastructure
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
What we're looking for Essential
7+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong knowledge of building systems and safety codes
Proven leadership and budget management skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Chillicothe, Ohio
Nice to have
CHFM certification
Experience with hospital infrastructure projects
