Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000
Bonus: 30% Target
Work Environment: Remote

Overview

Seeking a senior HR Technology leader to own the SAP SuccessFactors platform, HR systems roadmap, integrations, and overall HRIS strategy. This role will partner with HR, Finance, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant HR technology solutions while leading a team of HRIS professionals and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Own HR Technology strategy, roadmap, and system architecture.
• 
  
• Serve as the technical owner of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and related modules).
• 
  
• Lead HRIS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• 
  
• Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Employee Central Payroll, and third-party HR applications.
• 
  
• Oversee HR system security, governance, SOX controls, and audit compliance.
• 
  
• Develop and mentor HR Technology team members.
• 
  
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and technology budgets.
• 
  
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• 
  
• Establish KPIs and ensure system reliability, scalability, and user adoption.
• 
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  
• 12+ years of HRIS/HR Technology experience.
• 
  
• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 
  
• 5+ years leading HRIS or enterprise application teams.
• 
  
• Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
• 
  
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, including BTP, CPI, Integration Center, and APIs.
• 
  
• Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA and Employee Central Payroll.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of HR system security, role-based permissions, SOX, and ITGC controls.
• 
  
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives and executive stakeholder relationships.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• 
  
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• 
  
• Experience with HR platforms such as SmartRecruiters, Bswift, or People Analytics.
• 
  
• Experience in a regulated industry.
•
