    About the Role:
    Join Tiny Tots Learning Ministry as the Director, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young minds in a loving and educational environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education in Indianapolis, IN.


    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
    • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs.
    • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive team culture.
    • Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and promote the ministry's mission.
    • Monitor and manage budgetary needs, including tuition rates and funding opportunities.
    • Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct regular assessments of children’s progress and implement strategies for improvement.
    • Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all children.
    • Maintain Social Media Accounts
    • Transportation of Children
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early education.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, parents, and the community.
    • Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
    • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for children of diverse backgrounds.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to the mission of Tiny Tots Learning Ministry.
    • Driver's License
