JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Director- Respiratory Therapy

DIR- RRT

Full-Time 

Director candidates for the Respiratory Therapy Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

• Directs the clinical and non-clinical aspects of Respiratory Care Services.
• Ensures high-quality patient care and generates measurable returns for the organization.
• Plans, organizes, and evaluates all departmental resources.
• Oversees program development, staff supervision, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains relationships with physicians, referral sources, and employees.
• Performs position-specific job functions at an acceptable level.
• Supports the mission and goals of the hospital and parent company.
• Develops and maintains clinical standards of practice for all disciplines.
• Supports and participates in marketing efforts and community service organizations.
• Maintains up-to-date professional knowledge.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Director- Respiratory Therapy

Full-Time

Director candidates for the Respiratory Therapy Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree- Required
• 5+ years experience in Respiratory Therapy- Preferred
• State of NH Respiratory Care Practitioner License – Required
