Job Description

Title:

Director, Marketing

Launching Trinzic

KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business is expected to spin off in January 2027 and will operate as Trinzic, an independent, publicly traded company with 18,000 employees, a global presence with more than 60 locations, and more than $5 billion in revenue. This is a once-in-a career opportunity to help launch a global brand and create a lasting impression for a modern, tech-forward national security company with customers like NASA, the U.S. Department of War (DoW), and the intelligence community. This position will ultimately become part of that new organization. It's a unique opportunity to help shape Trinzic's foundation, built on KBR's proven track record and resources, and to help build the new company's vision, culture, and future success.

About the Role

As the Director, Marketing you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the Trinzic brand across all audiences, channels, and experiences. This role is responsible for defining, elevating, and safeguarding the company's brand identity while driving creative excellence that strengthens market presence, builds engagement, and supports business growth.

Following the launch of the Trinzic name, logo, tagline, and visual identity in July 2026, this leader will play a pivotal role in transforming a newly established brand into a recognized force within the national security and space markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape how customers, employees, investors, and industry partners experience and connect with the Trinzic brand from day one.

We are seeking a strategic brand builder and exceptional storyteller who can translate complex technical capabilities, from astronaut training and space domain awareness to high energy lasers and systems integration, into compelling narratives, impactful campaigns, and distinctive creative experiences. This leader will oversee all brand and creative execution across digital, print, events, executive communications, investor materials, social media, internal communications, advertising, and other corporate assets.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in brand strategy and creative leadership gained within a leading agency, Fortune 500 organization, top-tier defense contractor, or similarly complex environment. Success will be measured through brand awareness, audience engagement, employee adoption, campaign performance, and overall contribution to corporate growth objectives.

This role will be based out of the Arlington, VA office and will be a hybrid position.
