Director, Middle Market Construction

Our client is an A+ rated national insurance carrier that is growing their Middle Market Construction business. We are looking for a leader for the Southern Territory to manage a team of underwriters and continue to build and grow their book within the retail agency marketplace. If you are currently a mentor or "player/coach" and have a strong background in writing commercial casualty construction business and would like to make an immediate impact on an organization, we'd like to hear from you. 

We can offer this role in multiple locations including Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri and a few other locations throughout the Southern Territory. If you are in one of these locations and not near one of the offices, the ability to be a full-remote leader with frequent travel to the offices will be an option.
