The New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration (WCA) is seeking a Director to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and fiscal oversight for the agency. The Director is responsible for ensuring the agency operates efficiently, provides high-quality public service, and maintains a balanced workers' compensation system that supports injured workers, employers, providers, insurers, and other stakeholders across New Mexico.
