Job Summary and Qualifications
Job Summary:
The Director, Nursing Portfolio is responsible for category management of the Med-Surg portfolio, by developing and implementing a comprehensive expense management program partnering with a large integrated delivery network (IDN). This role oversees optimization of the GPO contract portfolio, product standardization initiatives, and supplier relationship management in collaboration with HealthTrust contracting teams. The Director builds and maintains strategic alliances with key stakeholders to ensure the success of the Med Surg expense management program.
Key Interactions – Health System Sourcing and Supply Chain Leadership, Regional and Facility Supply Chain Leadership, HealthTrust Clinical Directors and National Contracting Team
