Director of Culinary

Tech company in the San Francisco Bay Area is looking for an experienced Multi-Unit Culinary Director who knows how to lead great culinary teams, build strong client relationships, and successfully operate and scale scratch-kitchen food programs across multiple locations.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who can balance culinary excellence with operational and financial discipline. The right person is just as comfortable working alongside chefs in the kitchen as they are sitting across the table from a client discussing strategy, performance, and growth.
