Director of Development

A nonprofit organization is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Director of Development to lead fundraising initiatives, coordinate special events, and build strong corporate and community partnerships throughout Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee fundraising events, campaigns, and community initiatives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners, individual donors, foundations, and community leaders.

• Identify new fundraising opportunities and grow philanthropic partnerships.

• Recruit, train, and manage fundraising volunteers and event committees.

• Develop event budgets, monitor fundraising goals, and evaluate results.

• Maintain accurate donor records and provide regular progress reports.

• Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities.
