We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Enginering Department and help us develop great guest relationships. You will also manage our infrastructure to ensure all internal systems operate securely and efficiently.

To be succesful in this role, you should be confident managing our teams while, at the same time, setting goals, budgets and timelines for various projects. We also expect you to bein charge of our integrations with external partners.

The Director of Engineering is responsible for the smooth operation of the mechanical equipment in the facility.. The Director designs, implements and manages maintenancee strategies for the property and structures, keeping equipment repaired and in optimum condition. The Director of Maintinance schedules regular inspections and system upgrades. Duties include the assessments and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems including elevators, roofing, fire prevention and alarm systems, irrigation systems; meeting top industry standards and reducing downtime and repair of crucial equipment. These assessments involve testing and calibrating machines and evaluating operational efficiency of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
