Fusco Personnel is representing a confidential client in the search for a Director of Facilities and Operations to lead the daily operations and maintenance of a portfolio of industrial parks and facilities. This position will oversee maintenance personnel, contractors, vendors, building systems, tenant services, safety, and capital projects.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee property operations, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency response.
Supervise and develop maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
Manage preventative maintenance, service contracts, compliance, and safety programs.
Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security.
Develop operating budgets, capital plans, maintenance schedules, and facility improvements.
Maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of service issues.

Qualifications
7–10+ years of industrial property, facilities, or operations management experience.
Experience supervising maintenance teams in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of building systems and facility operations.
Experience with budgeting, capital planning, vendors, and contracts.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property/maintenance management software.
Industrial parks, warehouse/distribution, or large-scale facility experience strongly preferred.
