The Role and Impact:

As Director of Global Customer Planning and Operations you will lead the charge in ensuring seamless product delivery to Intel's customers through agile planning and strategic collaboration. Your role is integral to transforming complex customer demand signals into timely deliveries, directly impacting Intel's ability to meet customer needs and maintain market leadership. On a day-to-day basis, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing forecasts, optimizing delivery schedules, and collaborating across teams to fulfill customer orders reliably and efficiently.

The Director of Global Customer Planning and Operations role is part of Intel Foundry's Global Customer Planning and Operations group, which focuses on delivering world-class supply chain solutions that support Intel's broader goals of innovation and market leadership. This group plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic planning and operational agility, ensuring Intel's products reach customers timely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand demand signals and forecast accuracy, translating these into actionable delivery plans.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize cycle times, reduce risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide regular, data-driven insights to senior leadership on supply chain performance, inventory health, and delivery risks to influence decision-making.
• Partner with internal business units, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to align on shared goals and respond rapidly to market changes.
• Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing global planning team, fostering collaboration and modeling Intel's values.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in supply chain operations, planning, and strategy development in global environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive business performance management.
• Proficiency in supply chain tools and data analytics to optimize planning processes.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience inspiring and empowering global teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability and strategic mindset to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
• Experience influencing senior leadership decisions and managing complex operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $220,320.00-311,040.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
