The Director of Global Facilities is responsible for leading our global facilities management strategy across the United States, Mexico, and India. This position is critical in ensuring that our current physical work environments—contact centers and back-office mailroom operations are conducive to productivity, safety, and innovation. Additionally, the Director of Global Facilities must successfully collaborate with senior leadership to align all organizational growth strategies while planning for future site selection and possible territories for expansion.  The Director of Global Facilities role includes travel to our global sites and may require additional travel to support new expansion projects.

Requirements

• Develop and lead a global facilities management strategy aligned with organizational goals to include: 

• Lead the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of all Company facilities and properties. 

• Plan and facilitate future site selection and infrastructure initiatives to include a proactive approach for territory expansion beyond current locations.   

• Establish, monitor, and manage departmental budgets; optimize operational costs while ensuring service excellence. 

• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements in each country of operation. 

• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure cost-effective and quality services. 

• Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and support Company goals. 

• Develop crisis response and business continuity plans related to facility operations. 

• Ensure all facilities processes are well-defined and in place to include regular inspection, evaluation, and timely replacement or repair of critical facility systems.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Education Requirement:  Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
• Field Experience:  At least 10 years of progressive global experience in the facilities management field, overseeing multi-site operations across diverse geographical locations 
• Position Experience:  At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership facilities position or similar position 
• Other Qualifications: Certifications in Facilities Management (CFM, FMP, or equivalent) preferred 
• Experience with BPO/contact center facilities strongly preferred 
• Must be willing to travel as needed to our global facilities
